Things to Do
We look forward to having you on our special day. Many will be coming from afar and so we have put together a few ideas of activities to do in the area that are tried and tested by us and come highly recommended.
Dartmoor National Park
If you are staying in the area be sure to take time to explore the wonderful Dartmoor- where we are incredibly fortunate to live! Some of our key favourite spots are Foggintor Quarry, Cadover, Burrator Reservoir, Bellever Woods and Pew Tor.
Bovisand Beach
One of our favourite beaches in the area and is actually where Luke asked Leetice to be his girlfriend! Be sure to keep an eye out for sea glass for Leetice!
Tavistock Pannier Market
A great place to explore whilst in Tavistock - lots of local stalls - Open Tuesday to Saturday 9am-4pm
National Trust - Buckland Abbey
Our local national trust place- lovely walks and lots of history in the buildings
